HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Processing time depends on the item ordered.
Bundles, frontals, and closure pieces that are in stock are processed and shipped the same business day.
Burmese Curly texture requires 3 business days to prepare and will be shipped on the 3rd business day.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once your order has shipped, shipping is approximately 3 business days.
Please keep in mind that processing time and shipping time are separate.
• Bundles, frontals, and closures: Same-business-day processing + approximately 3 business days for shipping.
• Burmese Curly texture: 3 business days for processing + approximately 3 business days for shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
ARE ALL WIGS READY TO SHIP?
No. Some wigs are made, customized, colored, or styled after your order is placed. Please review the product description before ordering for details about the specific wig you are purchasing.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BUNDLES, FRONTALS, AND CLOSURES?
Bundles, frontals, and closure pieces are available under the Shop Bundles section of our website.
DO YOU OFFER PREMIUM VIRGIN HAIR AND RAW HAIR?
Yes. Alicia Mone Collection offers Premium Virgin Hair and select Luxury Raw Hair textures. Available options will be listed in the product description.
CAN I PURCHASE BUNDLES WITHOUT A FRONTAL OR CLOSURE?
Yes. Bundles may be purchased separately. Frontals and closures may also be purchased separately depending on availability.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WIG?
Yes. Certain wigs may be customized depending on the product. Available customization options may include length, texture, lace type, lace size, density, color, parting, and styling.
CAN I SEND AN INSPIRATION PHOTO?
Yes. Inspiration photos may be used as a reference for custom styling or color. However, an exact duplicate is not guaranteed. Hair texture, color, lighting, density, length, and styling may cause the finished result to appear slightly different.
WILL MY WIG LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTO?
We work to recreate each style as closely as possible. However, each wig is customized and styled by hand, so slight differences in color, curl pattern, placement, density, length, or styling may occur.
WHAT TYPE OF LACE DO YOU OFFER?
Lace options may vary depending on the product. Please review the individual product description for the exact lace type and size included.
CAN MY WIG BE WORN GLUELESS?
Some wigs may be worn glueless depending on the wig construction, fit, customization, and lace type. If glueless wear is important to you, please review the product description before ordering.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
Order changes are not guaranteed once payment has been submitted.
If you notice an error, please contact Alicia Mone Collection immediately. Once processing or customization has started, changes may no longer be accepted.
Any approved changes may result in an additional fee.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Custom wigs, colored wigs, styled wigs, and made-to-order products cannot be canceled once work has begun.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No. All hair purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Due to the nature of hair products, hygiene concerns, and customization, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless Alicia Mone Collection determines that an incorrect item was sent due to an error on our end.
Do not wear, wash, cut, color, install, alter, or customize the item before contacting us.
HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR LAST?
The lifespan of your hair depends on the type of hair purchased, how frequently it is worn, how it is installed, how it is maintained, and how it is stored.
Proper care can greatly extend the life of your bundles, wig, frontal, or closure.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY HAIR?
We recommend:
• Detangling gently from the ends upward
• Using moisturizing and sulfate-free products when possible
• Using heat protectant before applying heat
• Avoiding excessive heat
• Avoiding heavy product buildup
• Keeping lace clean
• Storing wigs properly when not being worn
• Using a satin bonnet, scarf, or wig stand when appropriate
Normal shedding may occur with wear and maintenance.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
All orders are processed in the order they are received.
BUNDLES, FRONTALS & CLOSURES
Bundles, frontals, and closure pieces that are in stock are processed and shipped the same business day.
BURMESE CURLY TEXTURE
Burmese Curly texture requires 3 business days to prepare.
Burmese Curly orders will be shipped on the 3rd business day.
SHIPPING
Once your order has shipped, shipping is approximately 3 business days.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Unexpected shipping carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Alicia Mone Collection's control may affect delivery times.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All purchases made through Alicia Mone Collection are final sale and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Refunds will not be issued because of:

Custom wigs are created specifically for each customer and are final sale.
Once customization has started, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Inspiration photos are used as a reference only.

Blonde, highlighted, ombré, and custom-colored wigs may require additional maintenance.

Once lace has been cut, glued, bleached, installed, altered, or customized after delivery, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Contact the shipping carrier
• File a carrier claim when necessary
Alicia Mone Collection is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacement orders are not automatically provided for packages marked delivered.
