How do I book?

Book here under book your appointment → pay deposit → check your email ✔️


Why can’t I text to book?

Spots are first come, first served.

I do NOT manually book appointments

Can I reschedule?

Yes — up to 24 hours before your appointment (through confirmation email)

After 24 hours: deposit is forfeited & new deposit required


What if I’m late?

Please communicate.

15-minute max grace period, then late fee is applied — after 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled.

What if my PayPal isn’t working?

If you are having issues with your PayPal account, please try again later or use a different email address and phone number when booking. Send screenshots to (609)616-0324 if more problems happen, I cannot help you otherwise. 

 

📦 HAIR DROP OFF

 

When do I drop my hair off?

As soon as you receive it, but no later than 2 days before your appointment.

Drop-off hours: Mon–Sat | 10AM–5PM

Text only: (609) 616-0324 (no calls)


Can I bring my hair same day?

Yes — $50 same-day drop-off fee


Where do I drop it off?

Address + instructions are sent to your email.

Drop-off location = appointment location


What if I don’t drop it off in time?

A $50 fee will be added to your remaining balance to proceed


Do you customize hair same day?

Yes — please communicate.

You will NOT be charged both fees (drop-off + same-day) — only one

Do you accept Apple Pay or Zelle?

No, I do not accept Apple Pay Cash App or Zelle as a form of sending payments.

Please do not request to send payments this way.

You may tap to pay in person (Apple Pay, card, etc.)

$5 card fee applies


Deposit

$20 non-refundable + $2 processing fee


Is the deposit refundable?

No


How do I pay remaining balance?

• Cash (exact preferred)

• Tap to pay (in person):

I accept ALL physical cards with tap (credit, debit, Chime, Cash App, etc.) as well as any cards in your Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet.

Tap-to-pay is available for all options. +$5 fee applies.
